Each of my clients is in a unique space in their life and in their business, but one thing that they often have in common is feeling like they're always working on the wrong thing. Like no matter how she tries to spend her time- it's wrong. Did she work today? Cool- but none of her life stuff is under control. Did she take the day to organize her space and maybe even read a book? Sure- but she didn't make any money, and now she feels like she wasted the day...and around and around we go on a merry-go-round of shame and confusion. Does this sound like you?
Maybe you've tried to work with coaches before- and their guidance just didn't track with you. In theory it sounded good- but you didn't need someone to tell you *how* to reach the goal(and you definitely didn't need one more person to tell you to just make a morning routine.) you needed someone to help you understand WHY you were feeling such a block around doing the things- and from there you could have a better understanding of YOUR unique makeup, and how YOU can move forward.
If you're anything like I was, you've probably tried a lot of things- you've hopped on all the webinars, you've read the self help books- and they helped your motivation for a little while but ultimately you wind up in the same spot. Unsure if you'll really be able to move forward, feeling physically exhausted, and desperately afraid of failing.
But where conventional coaching drops the ball is by focusing only on the "what you should do", and ignoring the "why it's hard for you" part.
And I mean the way back stuff on why it's hard for you. Like the beliefs you picked up along the way that people wouldn't like you if they knew the real you, or that you are a burden to everyone around you, so you need to overdeliver and take charge so they don't feel bothered by you....yeah...those kind of reasons.
But that's where I am not conventional.
As a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy practitioner, Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, and Trauma Informed Life Coach I work with my clients to view the whole picture of themselves, their core beliefs and meanings- and aid them to process these emotions for emotional healing as they reach their goals.
I also work with my clients in a unique way to help them optimize their unique hormonal cycle, and prioritize their true wellness- rather than hustling to earn their existance.
And I want to help you believe it, as well as help you craft a plan for growth that guides you on a sustainable path to your goals.
